I enjoy extream happiness while dancing (I can call it as "bliss"). But after few years, that is after giving birth to my kids and all, I felt very heavy and I am not able to dance. It became very difficult for me to sit even. In 2019 September for Venayaka chaviti, I performed few items. It's a great disaster. I started criticizing for myself and decided not to dance again. I joined thess class due to my excess weight (75kgs), lack of concentration, messed up sleep schedule, and also laziness and after joining this yoga classes I am so enraptured that it helped me a lot to revamp my body, weight (73kgs) here i wanna say that you don't immediately know the change in (kgs) but in inches u will definitely after few weeks, my concentration also is very good now, i even sleep on time and peacefully...... I really recommend this yoga class to all those who want abrupt changes in their body. She first will listen to the problems we are facing and then proceed with the steps to be taken for those problems or health issues she really have lot of patience in teaching she guides us very well .
